QuestionPoint training 12/6 & 12/7 2011 - jdessino - 11-28-2011

On 12/6/11 and 12/7/11, OCLC will offer live training webinars on QuestionPoint. There are 4 'librarian' webinars that each last 2 hours. The first is an overview of QP and doing email reference through QP, which we don't do, but the other 3 all cover the QuestionPoint Services we use.

12/6 from 3-5 pm EST, Librarian 2: Flash Chat
12/7 from 12-2 pm EST, Librarian 3: Followups, Referrals and Managing Questions
12/7 from 3-5 pm EST: Personal Scripts, Co-Browsing, IM & Transfer

If you are available for any of these webinars, they will be a good refresher for all of us and a good intro if you have new staff who may be covering.

To sign up for these courses, go to http://training.oclc.org/
Choose "Training Courses" then "QuestionPoint"

You will need to register at the training portal in order to attend any
of the classes, but registration and the courses themselves are free.
