Legislation to establish an Open Resources Innovation Council - tcassidy - 01-22-2015 Legislation was recently introduced in the House of Delegates which would establish an Open Resources Innovation Council: http://lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/legp604.exe?151+ful+HB2041+pdf The bill has been referred to the House Education committee but has not been scheduled for a hearing yet. RE: Legislation to establish an Open Resources Innovation Council - tcassidy - 02-04-2015 Pleas see this update from Dr. Sebastian: "This morning the House Education Committee forwarded the HB2041 to the House Appropriations Committee for a fiscal impact evaluation. I hope the bill’s sponsor, Del. Eileen Filler-Corn, will continue to advocate for and support OER efforts in the Commonwealth."
