Intermittent connection problems - tcassidy - 04-09-2021
Linker is down, the URLs generate an error message. The problem appears to be system-wide and primarily with linker URLs.
- Proxied direct links appear to connect as expected for Ebsco resources, but not for others.
- QuickSearch result links appear to connect as expected, although connections are very slow.

ITS Network Engineering is investigating this problem with VCCS-hosted servers, which appear to have lost communication. Linker as well as proxies are offline; yesterday evenings' intermittent access via QuickSearch no longer seems to work.
