Dear Colleagues -
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many VIVA institutions have moved to remote and online learning for the safety of their students and staff. The VIVA Resource Sharing Committee recommends the following best practices during this time for all VIVA Library Interlibrary Loan Departments:
- Understand that returns and borrows will be disrupted during this period.
- Where possible, automatically renew any items that are due.
- Forgive interlibrary loan late fees that accrue to VIVA institutions during this time.
