"Multiple Internet providers across Virginia and the northeast US have been reporting intermittent issues for the last couple of hours.  This may impact your home internet as well as connectivity to the VCCS including VPN and our hosted applications.  Cases seem to be trending down at this time, but VCCS ITS will continue to monitor."
