Upcoming VIVA Opportunities

[tcassidy]

Dear Colleagues,
Have you been looking for a chance to get involved with VIVA? I can tell you from experience that VIVA service is 1. fun, 2. rewarding, and 3. the best librarian professional development and networking opportunity in Virginia. And it's free.

Three VIVA committees need new VCCS representatives:

1.     Open and Affordable Course Content Committee: https://vivalib.org/va/open/committee

2.     Collections Forum Planning Committee: https://vivalib.org/c.php?g=836990&p=6100960

3.     Outreach Committee: https://vivalib.org/va/outreach/committee

If you have questions, I am happy to discuss or connect you with our outgoing reps. If you are interested in being nominated, please discuss the process with your supervisor. Nominations close on Friday, 2/19.

Thank you,
Tara
