They will show simple ways to set up documents and then focus on the sections included in all student papers: title page, text, and reference list, with a brief discussion of tables and figures. They will address required elements of those sections and systematically explain any differences in typeface, line spacing, and alignment (e.g., headings, block quotations). The session will conclude with tips for organizing and improving student papers.

In Blackboard, I am seeing a course called "Connect For Success" Was that something developed by VCCS for info lit in blackboard? Is it ported over to Canvas? Will it be?

I really like it and would like to be able to export / download it from Blackboard and put it in my Canvas sandbox to play with and modify maybe to make use of in our instance of Canvas. I just don't see a way to do that right now. Looks like I am enrolled as a student and not a teacher.

Has anyone put it into the Canvas Commons yet??
