The second part of my QuestionPoint training webinar will be 9-11 am 12/15/15. This session will cover the basics of interacting with a patron, interacting with other QP librarians, and following up from Shared Follow-up. If you are interested in participating, please let me know and I will send the information. If you are interested in attending but haven't contacted me, we will be using BlackBoard Contribute.
