There appear to be issues with MyVCCS. Because of this, staff will be unable to authenticate into Alma. We are in touch with ITS about the issue and will update this thread as information becomes available. Libraries should rely on their offline circulation plan in the meantime.

Latest update from ITS: MYVCCS is still unavailable and engineers continue to work to resolve the issue. An update will be provided within 1 hour.

The MYVCCS portals are up and running again. Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues with authentication through MyVCCS.
