InfoBase outage 10/19-24/2018
#1
InfoBase Publishing resources (Facts on File, Films on Demand) are down, as are the admin interfaces and the provider support site.
#2
InfoBase: "We are aware of the situation and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience."
#3
InfoBase:
"On Tuesday, October 9, at around 1:06 p.m., our data center experienced a major equipment failure, which took our sites down. We have restored our sites on backup servers, but they are not optimized for heavy use. Therefore, you may find our sites to be slower than usual, and we are working as quickly as possible to replace the damaged equipment. We expect our sites will be restored to full capacity by Monday, October 15. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."

I have not been able to reliably connect to any InfoBase resources from the SO, so I'd consider this outage ongoing.
