Edit Reason: clarification
)
Did I miss a discussion about upgrading VCCS subscribers of PrepStep/LearningExpress for Community Colleges to the College & Universities version? According to Susan Hendry, a discussion was going on at the VCCS level about upgrading and suddenly we have the "upgraded" version. This version actually excludes a lot of content that is helpful to our students (who are COMMUNITY COLLEGE students, hence the targeted package) and that I've spend several months promoting to our students, faculty, and staff.
We initiated a contract at TNCC for a particular service, and I'm not sure how that service was changed without a discussion that included us.
Can someone fill me in?
Thanks,
Corey

We have been having odd issues with this product as well. For a month or so, we didn't have access at all. We finally got access restored, but to PrepStep instead, as apparently LearningExpress is being phased out. I've not heard of or seen an upgrade to College & University level content.

Ebsco discontinued Learning Express and replaced existing customer access with the PrepSTEP for Colleges product:

I can't see it either.
Also, Learning Express may have been discontinued, but PrepStep for Community Colleges was not, which is what our contract is for.

My understanding from Susan Hendry was that only those customers who were still on the Learning Express platform were to be upgraded - sounds like they applied this to any subscribing college in error. I'll reach out to Susan to let her know TNCC actually received a downgrade!

Is anyone else having access issues with PrepStep? We have had several students who we've helped on chat who are using the correct link but sometimes they are taken to a page that requires a product key or library card # to register as opposed to the institutional account login page. I'm in the process of contacting Ebsco but thought I would ask.
