I've noticed more and more that OCLC records for print materials are being overwritten by records for online materials. I contact OCLC whenever I find that has happened and OCLC reverts the record back to the print values.
To see if any of your physical items are now on the record for the online version here is the search.
Search: Physical items>advanced search>title: carrier type>online resource
Physical Items where (Carrier Type Term (Title) equals "online resource")
You can save the query as a set if you choose.
