Fun with Libguides
#1
Hey all!   Anyone doing anything fun with Libguides these days?    Have you added one that you are proud of?   Are you using them in your instruction for Info Lit on campus?   Anyone making them into your library web pages?    Has anyone created a "how to do research" or "how to use the library" guide that you think is fab?   I would love to see it!

Just curious to know what is happening around the VCCS.   Please share!      Smile

Thanks!

We're trying to work with the ENG department to align the LibGuides with their curriculum. My part time librarian and I are looking at doing some usability research in the Fall so we can further improve them. We'd be very interested in having a meet up to discuss LibGuides if anyone else is interested!

Thanks!

Cirrus,

Cool! Come to the Lightning Rounds and I will show off our Canvas stuff. I have "aligned" my libguide to my instruction, but not to the curriculum yet. I'd be interested in hearing how things are going for you. A meetup or something would be great.

Currently we have a generic English one and one for ENG 111. Here they are if you want to view: https://danville.libguides.com/English
