Hello, all,
We received a message from ITS last week regarding a new URL for the VCCS' ticketing system, TeamDynamix. The new URL will go into effect on Jan. 5, and will affect any staff that use the ticketing system, including the URL for Library Services tickets. We will post the exact URL for Library Services closer to the go-live date.

When: January 5, 2021
Who Will Be Impacted: All staff
Impact: Users trying to access the system office client portal to view the IT service catalog, create service desk tickets, and explore knowledge articles will need to start using the new URL on January 5, 2022. The old URL will no longer work when trying to access anything related to TeamDynamix, users must use help.vccs.edu, this includes bookmarks.
