Off-campus Linker problems

Good afternoon,

Late yesterday afternoon we identified issues with linking to library resources via Linker for users off-campus. ITS has been working on this, and they suspect that recent MyVCCS portal changes may be responsible.

Linkers being used on-campus are working normally, and proxied URLs are also working normally. Links in Primo/Quicksearch are proxied, so those are working normally also.

I will update this post when I hear back from ITS. Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
