As of August 2022, the method to add an attachment to a lincsite post or reply is only available in the Default forum view.
1. Scroll to the bottom of the page
2. In the bottom right corner, use the dropdown to change the theme to 'Default' and click the Go button.
3. Post attachments as needed.
