LRC Live Training 12/15 - jdessino - 12-14-2015
QuestionPoint Training:
The second part of my QuestionPoint training webinar will be 9-11 am 12/15/15. This session will cover the basics of interacting with a patron, interacting with other QP librarians, and following up from Shared Follow-up. If you are interested in participating, please let me know and I will send the information. If you are interested in attending but haven't contacted me, we will be using BlackBoard Contribute. The link to join the session on 12/15 is:

The session will be open at 8:30 and will begin at 9:00.
Whether you are new to QP or having been covering for ages, this is a useful refresher on how the VCCS uses the software.
