Searching for all titles in popular DVD collection - DWOETZEL - 01-04-2019
Is there a way to search for a complete result list of DVDs held by your library? I think I may have found a way. I entered ALL in the search box and limited my search to Popular Video Collection under our Collections menu. Is there another or better way to search for all popular DVDs?
Thanks,
Denise

Hi Denise,
In Primo, you can enter 01VCC_NETWORK_ALMA and filter by Audio Visual and Popular Video Collection. That gives you about 3,000 results. Do you think that's close to Reynolds' complete number of popular DVDs? You can definitely run a search in Alma to pull up a complete list of the DVD titles, but I assume you want it so the patrons can view it.

Thanks Jacqueline! I tried your suggestion and retrieved 2,954 popular DVD titles. I believe this is pretty close to the number of popular DVDs we own. I am checking with some of our other librarians on the approximate number of DVDs we own.
