Your QuestionPoint team RE: New Chat Monitor is Live - jdessino - 02-08-2019 More from QP about the new Chat Monitor: on behalf of Carolyn Morgan, OCLC User Experience Researcher: Following the announcement of the availability of the new chat interface, we would like to solicit your feedback on the new look and feel. A feedback form has been made available for you to share your thoughts and opinions here. Please fill out this form after your shift. You may complete multiple forms if you have additional thoughts or different experiences to share after a new shift has been completed. If you have any questions about the feedback form, please feel free to contact me (morganc@oclc.org). We thank you for your sharing your experiencing using the new QuestionPoint design. RE: New Chat Monitor is Live - jwalz - 02-12-2019 Does this mean that there is a new chat widget we can put on our web pages / libguides?? :-) That would be fantastic!! RE: New Chat Monitor is Live - jdessino - 02-13-2019 Jennifer: This change is only for the staff side of QuestionPoint, so the chat widget won't change. Springshare should be making an announcement soon about 24/7 support for chat. Initially, they were talking to OCLC about a partnership with QP. I don't know if that is still what they are planning, but am anxiously awaiting their announcement to see if their plan is something we could leverage for the VCCS. j |
