QuestionPoint integration is live - tcassidy - 05-14-2019
As of today, Canvas users will see a new ASK A LIBRARIAN option from the Help icon in the global navigation bar. It will connect the user to the LRCLive chat service and 'Viewport' landing page for that college.
The only requirement for the viewport URL is that it use https. If your library wants a different viewport, please open a support ticket.
