Does your college subscribe to Kanopy?
- No - please disregard this message.
- Yes - please contact your Kanopy vendor representative to advise that 'Kanopy LLC' is no longer an active eVA vendor; this means your college can't get approval to pay them. They need to pay the eVA fee in order to conduct business with your institution.

Kanopy has a new listing in eVA, with one order as of 2/26/21.

I can see a contract 17-800 for Kanopy that expires October 2021 but nobody seems to have used it since 2019, and it looks like it might have been a very limited contract for Mary Washington. I also see a VIVA contract JMU4717 that probably applies to most of us, but I'm awaiting log in credentials so I can see the details.

SSC confirmed that Kanopy was declared inactive due to an issue with eVA fees. Our rep says they have now been reinstated, but their listing "Kanopy LLC" still has not appeared in eVA. Their address looks different for the KD Kanopy listing. When I asked our rep to confirm that "KD Kanopy" was Kanopy's new listing, she said "No." It appears to be a different company. I'll be checking again this afternoon....

Kanopy LLC is now active again in eVA as of this morning 3/4/21.
