The ITS operations team is working through an issue that is causing intermittent outages across multiple systems, including VPN authentication. At this time you may be unable to connect to VPN and some IT systems including HR and AIS. The team is working to resolve the outage as quickly as possible and I will send out an update once resolved.

"The intermittent outage issue is beginning to resolve as the fix is applied across the environment.
VCCS ITS staff have begun verification checks and we expect the outage to fully resolve within the next 90 minutes.
