Films on Demand in proxy - ealtman - 05-25-2021
There is currently an issue accessing Films on Demand via ezproxy. I am investigating the issue, and will report back when I know more. Not all proxy instances are affected, so if a user needs to access Films on Demand and is unable to do so via your college's local proxy, please refer them to the VCCS generic proxy: http://ezproxy.vccs.edu/login?url=http://fod.infobase.com

I believe this is resolved now. I've made a change to the FOD proxy configuration for all colleges (even the ones had been been working, since it's unclear what triggered the problem). Please test the FOD links on your site and Primo if you get the chance and let me know if you are still running into any issues.
