New Quiz Feature for FOD

[tcassidy]

This is an interesting new option for Films on Demand videos, announced last week.

After some quick testing I noticed:

1. VCCS staff will need to authenticate to FOD via MYVCCS, then create their own free personal accounts in order to make quizzes.

2. Creating and sharing a quiz using the Link option is impressively simple.

3. Creating and sharing a quiz using the Email option may not be reliable, since nothing came to my inbox. Did anyone else get this to work?

4. The student view of a video quiz works in the latest versions of Chrome/Firefox, but not in IE 11.
