Based on the application released today <http://edtech.vccs.edu/educational-technology-resources/oervccs/z-x-23-project/>, colleges will sort themselves into either cohort 1 or 2 based on whether they want to work June-Dec 2015 or September 2015 - June 2016.
Cohort 1 (up to 6 colleges)
June 2015: Faculty orientation and training
June-August 2015: Course adoption & development
Fall 2015: Pilot courses
December 2015: Complete all Z-Degree plan & policies
Cohort 2 (up to 9 colleges)
September 2015: Faculty orientation and training
September-December 2015: Course adoption & development
Spring 2016: Pilot courses
June 2016: Complete all Z-Degree plans & policies
