Tidewater is experiencing the 403 error today. Yesterday, 10/19, the ebooks loaded, but not the video content. Today, all content is not accessible and met with 403 Forbidden: No Access message. I have let Jacque Dessino know. Emily, thank you for the work-around instructions.
