Well, that's exactly what you are supposed to do!
Did you check that your browser is set up for QP? I just uploaded the document that lists the IE configurationfor QP into the Download section.
Other that that, I'll have to investigate and will get back to you.
In the meantime, try it with the real queue and link and let me know if that works:
Using the Real Queue: available until 8/18/2008.
1. Only the practice librarian must go to the QuestionPoint home page, <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.questionpoint.org">http://www.questionpoint.org</a><!-- m --> and log in using the âLibrarian login.â
2. Practice librarian clicks on Launch Chat and chooses âPrimary Queue: B VCCSâ and clicks Save.
1.Practice patron uses one of the patron URLs from the list posted in the Download section of the discussion board.
