Qwidget questions will now roll up to the 24/7 coop!
Only groups that meet a specific answering percentage (ratio of # of questions our patrons ask to the # of questions we answer) can have their Qwidget questions be answered by the Coop and the VCCS answering percentage for 2010 was high enough for us to be included.
So, if you are using an LRC Live Qwidget (a chat only box) it will be open 24/7 starting Sunday, 2/ 27.
If we drop below the target answering percentage for 3 weeks in a row, we will be reconsidered for the project, but so far in 2011 we have exceeded it!
We are able to do this because our part time LRC Live librarians do such a great job of answering coop questions! Way to go! jacque
