There are two migration dates. the 'Early Adopters' who are going Feb 28, and May 29 for everyone else. In a different thread in the LRCLive forum, Tara has already posted that we are going in the May 29 group and to watch for more info. As you can imagine, SpringShare is focused on the groups and libraries going live on Feb 29. Migration for the rest of us will go into high gear after that. Here is what she posted in that thread:
As you have heard, upon acquisition by SpringShare, our cooperative 24-7 chat service is slated to migrate from the OCLC QuestionPoint platform to the SpringShare LibAnswers platform. I am pleased to share that our LibAnswers go-live date is May 29, 2020. You can find more information on the SpringShare blog.
I am working closely with SpringShare to develop an implementation plan for VCCS. Please watch for details on implementation and staff training in early Spring.
