In order for our Qwidget questions to role up to the 24/7 coop, we must maintain a certain answering percentage. After a year of exceeding our percentage every week, we have dropped below the target answering percentage for 3 of the last 4 weeks.
If we don't get our percentage back up, our Qwidget questions will only be available when a VCCS librarian is online. Over 1/3 of our questions come through a Qwidget, so it is important that we maintain our percentage.
Please make every effort to cover your shift. If you know you will not be able to cover it, please request coverage.
Please remember, too, that the service is live 365 days a year. Except for the few weeks we are completely closed, we should be covering our shifts whether or not classes are in session.
