LRC Live Training

On Friday, September 17, I will be doing LRC Live Training at JTCC Midlothian Campus. The training will run from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Sign in and light refreshments will start at 9:00 am.

The agenda will include a brief refresher (or intro, if you are new to QuestionPoint) on the basics of answering questions, and then move on to using Policy Pages while answering questions; using co-browse; best practices; and lots more. There will be hands on practice throughout.

If you can't come for the entire session, it is ok to come for part of it.
