QuestionPoint Training:

I will be conducting QuestionPoint training webinars from 10 am to noon on 8/16/16 and 8/23/16, using BlackBoard Collaborate.

The 8/16 session will cover the LRC Live Communication Methods, logging in to QP, the MyQuestionPoint page, Policy Pages, using and creating scripts and URLS, Launching Chat, and the parts of the Chat Monitor.

The 8/23 session will cover the basics of interacting with a patron, interacting with other QP librarians, and following up from Shared Follow-up.
