Library Staff Recognition Program

Does anyone currently (or in the past) have guidelines you've used for library staff recognition?  TCC is looking at implementing a recognition plan and wanted to know if anyone had anything already.  Or, if you've tried something in the past and it was unsuccessful, please forward that information as well.  I appreciate any help you can give us.

We don't do something separate in the library. The College does an overall staff recognition based off of years of state service every January. There's a reward ceremony and folks are recognized for each 5 year increment of service. They also present other awards at that ceremony based on peer nomination, etc. If you're interested in the college level information, I can put you in touch with a contact here.

Thanks for the response.  Our college also does a recognition of time served, within the college and overall VCCS.  My AVP is looking for something to be done within the libraries and I'm trying to not reinvent the wheel.  B.
