Support from the VIVA office during COVID-19

"Dear Colleagues –
 
These are certainly strange times, but, as always, we are stronger together.  I wanted to provide a few notes about VIVA Central’s operations:
 

• We have added a support button (on this contact page and accessible via a tab on the right side of all of our web pages) that will allow us to streamline how we track questions.  Feel free to use this form to ask us anything that you would usually ask over email.  You are still welcome to reach out directly to any of our staff.
  
• We have started a new service with ShareFile that will allow us to securely share documents online. For the W-9’s for travel reimbursement and faculty honoria that we usually receive through physical mail or fax, please use this service instead.  To use this service, please send a request to Cutrice at charri29@gmu.edu, saying that you need to send a W-9 or other secure document.  She will write a message to you from ShareFile, and you can respond with your attachment(s).
  
• For the public institutions, the [b]Faculty Textbook Portal[/email] may be particularly useful to faculty going online for their courses.  This service is still in place and currently has its usual fast turnaround time on activating access.  In addition, many university presses are making their ebook collections publicly available during this difficult time.  You can find them listed on this page:
