BRCC is unable to connect to databases through the proxy. Is anyone else having this issue?

Virginia Western is also experiencing this issue. We are getting an error message about the server timing out during re-direct.

The remote access problems we saw earlier today (Thursday 5/14/2020) are resolved as of 2 p.m. Please advise if you still see this problem.
