In normal times, VIVA members are required to provide free and open access to all VIVA resources for all users of their libraries, including members of the public. During the pandemic, it is recognized that institutions may need to limit access to their own students, faculty, and staff. If you have any questions about this, please write to viva@gmu.edu.
