For LibAnswers VCCS Cooperative coverage, we will continue the same "business hours" schedule from Spring 2020 for QuestionPoint. During the summer, Danville will offer coverage M-R from 4 to 6 p.m. The summer schedule runs from 6 p.m. on 5/28 until 8/21/2020. Many thanks to those volunteers!
If you are not part of scheduled coverage, feel free to cover the VCCS Cooperative whenever you monitor your own widget in order to get a feel for cooperative-level coverage. We know that students need assistance anytime, librarians need practice in the new system, and multiple librarians covering the cooperative is never a bad thing.
Lastly, as was Jacque Dessino's practice, I will open the VCCS Academic Cooperative schedule for changes ahead of each academic term, so we will revisit the Summer 2020 schedule in early August to plan for Fall 2020 coverage.
