I am pleased to report that RapidILL lending was successfully tested at PVCC as of Oct. 11, and we have scheduled the borrowing service to launch for PVCC patrons on Nov. 22, 2021.
Many thanks to Jacqueline Carrell for tirelessly researching and testing the setup, and to Emily Altman for fielding the many support tickets generated by this pilot implementation.
For those who are interested, we plan to present on the pilot implementation process and outcome in Spring 2022. We've learned a lot and look forward to sharing the findings!
