Alma Analytics: Item Circ by Shelving Location

Has anyone managed to obtain circulation figures for what Ex Libris refers to as "shelving locations" in Alma (such as MAIN, RESERVE, DVD, etc)?  I know other libraries may have Alma set up in different ways such that shelving locations vary by name from library to library.  We have not been able to get number of times items in a given shelving collection have been loaned for a given period of time, and are curious if Analytics actually offers this functionality.  If so, we have not figured it out.

Yes, this is possible.  Here's what to do:

1. In Analytics, go to Create > Analysis > Fulfillment.
   
2. Under Loan, drag over "Loans (Not in House)" to the Selected Columns area.
   
3. Under Item Location at Time of Loan, drag over "Location Name" next to the "Loans (Not in House)".
   
4. Under Loan, drag over "Loan Date."
   
5. Click the dropdown arrow next to Loan Date, and click "Filter."  
   
6. Change Operator to "is between."
   
7. Select the to and from dates for your given period of time.
   
8. Click OK.
   
9. Click the dropdown arrow next to "Loan Date" under Selected Columns and click "Delete."
   
10. Click the Results tab to view it.
