Timeline


Please be aware that the automatic UI migration date for all EBSCOhost customers is January 7, 2025. The vendor recommends migrating before that date. Here are some details to help your college library plan for the transition:

• August 2024: the vast majority of academic libraries will be migrating to the new UI during summer 2024.
  
• January 7, 2025: if schools haven’t already migrated, EBSCO will automatically migrate them on January 7, 2025. If your library intends to migrate after January 7, 2025, please contact me. If you do not specifically request a later date in 2025, your EBSCO account will migrate on Jan. 7 by default.
  
• August 2025: this is that last possible date to migrate to the new UI. The current EBSCO interface will be unsupported after August 30, 2025.
