Hi everyone,
Open Education Week (OEW) is rapidly approaching and we know that many of you are busy planning your events. As more and more people participate in OEW, inevitably, events start to overlap. To hopefully reduce the number of overlapping events we created a spreadsheet to make it easier to see when other online events are happening.
URL: http://bit.ly/OEW20Sched
To add an event:
Do: Find the sheet for the day and the column for the time of your event, and enter your organization name on a new row.
Don’t: include a description or any registration information; this is just to let people know when your event takes place.
Do: submit your event on the OEW website https://www.openeducationweek.org/ if you haven’t already.
If you’re still planning an event:
Do: Visit http://bit.ly/OEW20Sched to see when events are
Do: Check out the OEW website https://www.openeducationweek.org/ to find out about events happening around the world, submit your event, and download promotional materials.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Liz
