Questionpoint Qwidget
#1
Is there any reason we couldn't attach this interface to our websites? Our students might be more likely to use something that looks like a chat box and doesn't require clicking through several pages to find.

I had hoped that we would be ready to start using the Qwidget by this Fall, but we are still way behind in the training and support for the existing service. Some of that has to do with funding, but most of it has to do with administrator (mostly me) overload.

As with everything QP, the Qwidget requires setup on the admin side and certain decisions made on a VCCS-wide basis.

Would you like to learn QP admin and do the Qwidget setup stuff? I'd be more than happy to share it with you. Since you are so close, getting together to do the training shouldn't be difficult. j

Oh, sure. I'll get Craig to help me with it (our new tech savvy ref librarian).

What do I need to do?
