I read QP's email about security flaw with various versions of Internet Explorer. I did not get into a chat session but did try to answer a question from the shared folder using Google Chrome, i. e. Piedmont question on printing.
I did the research on the question an when I was about to send the patron a response here is the message that I got:
You are attempting to access a question which doesn't belong to your institution. You may have entered the wrong question Id, or the question may have been assigned to another institution. Please correct the problem and try again.
So the question has been claimed by me but not sent because of the above-listed text prompt.
I would imagine that anyone who has LRC Live duty the remainder of the week should try either Firefox of Google Chrome to see if it works.
