Full text limit missing in PsycNET?

Did anyone else suddenly lose the "APA Full Text" limit in their PsycNET search? I only see "Open Access" now. This is really problematic for students, so I'm hoping this isn't a permanent interface change. Even APA's Help site still has that limit listed, and I'm not able to find documentation that they recently changed the interface.

All APA resources are currently unavailable. The vendor is investigating.
