EBSCOhost Outage - 6/23

EBSCO has confirmed that they are experiencing system outages today. They will follow-up either when this is resolved, or when they have more information to share. When I hear from them, I will provide an update here.

Just an update: I have not heard back from EBSCO about this, but I am no longer seeing issues in my own testing from home. I'll update this ticket if I hear anything else.
