Generally it's fine to say "The number provided is correct." I've had to do that with some of mine because the flagged number is right.
I'm pretty sure I'm the one who would've entered the numbers in the spreadsheet and that I got them from Tara, who probably got them from VIVA.
So, some of this may the the result of the numbers actually changing that much, or the way VIVA is counting them has changed. Tara might know more, but now it's been 6 months since we looked at it, so I'm not sure how well we can reconstruct what happened.
