This change is only for the staff side of QuestionPoint, so the chat widget won't change. Springshare should be making an announcement soon about 24/7 support for chat. Initially, they were talking to OCLC about a partnership with QP. I don't know if that is still what they are planning, but am anxiously awaiting their announcement to see if their plan is something we could leverage for the VCCS. j
