"Hello VCCS ,
We are writing to let you know that LibGuides statistical reports are currently unavailable (as of October 29, 2018) while we update a server on the back end. Data is currently being recorded.

However, due to a technical issue that occurred on Friday, October 19, 2019, data was not recorded over the weekend. This means that when you run reports in the future, you will see zero use statistics for your Homepage, Guides, AZ page, etc., for October 20 and 21, 2018.

We will write again to let you know when you can resume running statistical reports in LibGuides. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this issue causes.

If you are still seeing all zeros for your reports, first clear your browser's cache and try again. If you continue to see all zeros after that, please let us know.

Data was recorded Monday, Oct 29, 2018 onward, though due to a technical issue that occurred on Friday, October 26, 2018, data was not recorded over the weekend of October 27 and 28, 2018. This means that when you run reports, you will see zero statistics for your Homepage, Guides, A-Z page, etc., for October 27 and 28, 2018."
