VCCS LibAnswers go-live date is May 29, 2020

As you have heard, upon acquisition by SpringShare, our cooperative 24-7 chat service is slated to migrate from the OCLC QuestionPoint platform to the SpringShare LibAnswers platform. I am pleased to share that our LibAnswers go-live date is May 29, 2020. You can find more information on the SpringShare blog.
 
I am working closely with SpringShare to develop an implementation plan for VCCS. Please watch for details on implementation and staff training in early Spring.

Just wondering if this is going to be a system purchase for the 24-7 add-on, or something we'll need to purchase ourselves. Thanks.

Budget permitting, SO intends to continue funding the cooperative service cost as in years past.
