Patron data errors in ALMA

Has anyone else noticed that patron names are containing errors?  Our staff noticed errors in their own user data today - weird incorrect middle names, reverting to maiden names, etc.  Is there some SIS-related problem?

Yes!  I just noticed something this morning - we did have a patron whose name reverted to her maiden name.  I opened a ticket yesterday with Emily because our SIS load only loaded 1 patron for the past 3 days.  She replied to that yesterday, "I have an open ticket with ITS about a new staff member not making it into SIS yet, so I suspect something may be up."  I added a comment this morning about the patron name issue, but I haven't heard back yet.  I would put in a ticket with the details of your issue - the more info/examples she has, I'm sure, the easier it will be to track down.

Thanks for sending those details in a ticket. These are very likely artifacts of the recent (SIS) Technical Upgrade Project. ITS will investigate why this is  happening to our patron load data.
